Her name is Ellen Degeneris, not 'this lesbian'. And maybe because her main demographic are attracted to guys, I could be wrong, but I doubt it. Not that her audience isn't more diverse than that...

I'm willing to bet they fooled around in the past. The way that guy touched him stomach and he didn't say "I haven't seen you since high school" or anything like that, he just said something along the lines of "It's been a while". And then Nate immediately lashed out at the guy in the car outside. Plus as soon as his PT said he was gay, Nate spooked and said he was done with their sessions. Boy has issues.
