Yeah, I’m development biology/pre-med. A dude with gynecomastia’s chest would be much more swollen, possibly inflamed. He wouldn’t see as much visible muscle growth from his bodybuilding, as the breast tissue would accumulate MUCH more fat than a normal male. Think A-cup/training bra level boobs. Then again, I’m not his GenPrac and can’t actually feel his chest, so I can’t be sure.
