It doesn’t matter if it’s one of them, both of them, or they’re employing a third party to handle it, it’s still fraud and they’re selling a product that is not matching what they’re promising, which is a Trades Description violation.

Consumer Protection must surely extend to this service, where money is exchanged for goods that are misleading, even if it’s OF. If Watchdog was still a thing Anne Robinson would be onto those scammers by now, there’s no way OF want to tolerate this behaviour when refunds keep being requested. There’s also no way genuine sex workers would appreciate losing business to a pair of scammers who only offer a fraction of what they do.

Can we perhaps avoid personal insults against them. It’s not that I disagree, I’m just worried anything that could be seen as unhelpful or malicious could justify them getting this thread deleted, and I think it’s important it remains open as a warning to anyone unfamiliar with their tactics.

As it stands, discussion about their scams or lack of transparency and honesty is surely fair talk and the mods won’t need to step in, I’m just worried that if we veer off into name-calling it won’t help anyone as the thread will vanish and they will win.

It genuinely doesn't surprise me tbh, OF won't care as long as they're making money. The only way something might be done is if enough people report them or report OF enough masses for letting it continue to happen
