You're not posting them, because they did not exist. All you can use are anecdotes. I can post anecdotes that Russians/Poles were and STILL are to a degree stereotyped. Does not mean they don't have equal rights, does not mean they are considered non-white by the government.
Regardless of this fact, you lose the arguement from both point of views past and present. They were always white, and no mixed race American who feels kinship with Southern Europeans is going to change that.

Right, although small misconception hitler never thought Eastern Europeans or Southerners non-caucasian. But you're right there is no such thing as a "mediterranean race", as there's no continuous relationship throughout so called "Mediterranean countries". The countries surrounding the mediterranea in Europe (Greece, Italy, Spain, France) have nothing to do with that of those in Asia or Africa.
