These men were from another era, uneducated and living hand to mouth. If you only know Old Reliable on the internet, you should try and get ahold of one the magazines. Along with his bitchy and cynical bio's on the models were hand written, meth-fueled paranoid FBI conspiracies against him. By the time he lost his house every inch of wall space was covered in these writings.
These OR hustlers were sexual opportunists and the only ones buying were old gay men. These weren't the type of men to put an ad in some gay rag so they would all go to this bar called The Spotlight. They could walk in with no cash, sit at the bar and some old gay would fill them with booze and take them home etc . . . this was work not sex (in their minds).

So cool you got to live through that. Great insite.

I used to drive 85 miles to Chicago to rent VHS copies of Old Reliable and Bobby Garcia tapes from a video store on Halsted St., then UPS them back. Was worth every dollar!

That is odd that Hurles thought he was heterosexual/straight but was obsessed and obviously attracted to men, so was he really gay/homosexual and deep in denial?

Maybe he just misremembered it all because David didn’t want to have sex with a self described “femboy.” Who knows. But David was definitely gay and had sex with some of the models. I had one of the Private tapes. David bottomed for a number of his favorites.

Poor guy. It would be nice if he was alive and well, but he looks not well in the pics and video from the 1990s. A lot of these guys died from drugs, Hep C, HIV/AIDS, alcoholism, steroids, etc.

Lone Wolf died in a work place accident after spending almost 20 years in jail being wrongfully convicted of murder.
he was exonerated. Sad ending but died free.

Noting Manco eventually changed their name to Filmco. So, technically the same studio but new name. Many OR models showed up in their various spanking tapes which were released by Bijou and Bacchus over the years.
