Well, the site the video is uploaded to has the IP address of the uploader. The owner of this site has access to our IP's but the owners of the videos do not. Somehow they learned their video was on this site and they sent the owner a DMCA request. The site owner can be legally compelled to give up our IP's, but that's very unlikely to happen - these amateur porn actors don't have the time, money and influence to bother with that.
If you upload a video to google or some other site, realistically the only thing that will happen is that google will be sent a DMCA from the owner and google will remove it.
