I definitly begin grunting - several partners (not all of them, however) have told me that I get into a definitive 'orgasm thrust' once I'm on my 'final approach.' I've been able to extend the climax by getting the thrust just right and keeping my head on straight. Its not always possible, and its easy to "just go" during sex.

This thread seemed interesting so I thought I'd bump it.
When I come, I definitely "go inside" and experience it. I'm very very quiet. I'll breath heavy for sure, and I'm *thinking* things like "oh jesus....oh yeah....it's ....oh god it's close!" but I don't SAY these things, even with a partner. I think this is because of growing up in houses that had many people and thin walls
We just adapt, and once you've adapted it's hard to break those habits.

One of the things that my ex told me that I always did was that I'd "disappear" just before I started to cum.
