Not entirely convinced it's him. Face looks different.
It's him. The chest mole matches. As do the pointy tip ears, his regular gold ring earrings, nose, eyebrows, eye shape, eye distance, facial hair, forehead size, treasure trail, and thanks to so many countless Instagram photos it's certainly easy to compare the musculature sizes and shape. Then there's the location which looks like the same shower seen in the previous leaked one of himself - frosted single pane with a silver edge, shower handle oddly placed outside the glass on the back white tiled wall, etc.
He could easily write this off as a leak, especially as the markings and quality quite clearly show this is not the original digital file but rather someone has used their phone to capture (and cropped) the original video playing on someone else's phone - thus it could be anyone.
