Getting back to our new friend... Grower/ shower is talking about your penis in it's erect state vs. the flacid. I would say if from flacid to erect there is a 50% or more increase you are a 'grower' and if you fill out a pair of shorts so that people take a second look then you are a 'shower'. There is no reason one can't be both.
