His ass (and his dad's ass) are normal straight white guy asses. Even when Arnold was training for competitions, his legs and ass were not out-of-proportion to the rest of his body (Arnold was 6'2").
It's the Kardashian-era obsession with oversized asses that is not normal.

I dont understand why so many are calling Patrick's ass flat when it is just a normal ass...but it really is a nice ass. It isn't because who his parents are but because it is a good ass. Arnold is nowhere near good looking so good for Patrick to get his looks from his mom.

I was all about his jawline being wonky as why I’m not completely attracted to him, but now with episode two I think it’s the oversized veneers. It’s like that point where some Beverly Hills cosmetic dentist was giving all those influencer like Dylan Geick those over large veneers and they looked so awkward, like they were smiling at you and contemplating building a damn somewhere at the same time.
