Try it man, go hard. Make sure that you're dedicating more time to it than twenty minutes and 30 minutes, you'll have to make a routine that will lead up to hours. I suggest starting with the extender for 30 minutes x 2 times daily, move up one session of 30 minutes each week. Then when you've worn it for 3 or 4 times a day, change it up to longer sessions, 1 hour x 2 a day, and so on and so forth.

Then, after you've done the stretcher for a week, start the pump lightly. very lightly. no more than 2-3 hg's. If you don't have a gauge, you're looking to put enough pressure while you're erect to give it a mild stretching feeling. very mild feeling, you feel pain that is deeper than zit level, you stop. do this twice a day for 30 minutes, and then do the exact same progression as you would with the stretcher, but the stretcher being higher in reps or length than the pump is doing for you.
