If you jelq temporarily you will only gain temporarily. This might not seam a particularly helpful answer, but your question is as old, if not older, than this web site and guys sometimes lose the will to live, just reading it. Try the search facility, you might find it more rewarding.

PE works if you have the dedication and the mindset to actually DO IT. Read up and get a decent routine and do it for 3 months and come back and tell us if it works.
