there’s multiple people coming out to support the claims, texts discussing the events and photos with him that prove they know him. that doesn’t seem sus to me. even if there wasn’t i’d much rather believe them and it turn out to be false later than defend him.
sometimes the pretty guys just end up being creeps and it sucks.
We’ve seen this happen and play out over and over again. In some cases, these allegations have been true, BUT we’ve also had cases in which women have lied (Chris Hardwick, Johnny Depp, etc.)
If/since there’s one case of a victim lying, then it’s always possible that this is a lie as well.
We can’t keep going down the road of guilty until proven innocent just because it’s a woman accusing a man. It’s just wrong and that isn’t the law.
That said, there’s still that saying “where there’s smoke, there’s [usually] fire.”
Take a look at the screenshot I posted. We know these exist and the timeline matches up with them. Could they be saying this because they know they exist too? Maybe, but that’s the smoke. It’s up to the police to find the fire.

Who lied for Johnny Depp? the English courts found in favour of Amber. All cases should be investigated fully by the police.
In the UK, but his recent win in the US proved Amber was a liar. Not saying Johnny Depp didn’t share any of the blame himself, he did some shitty things too, but Amber was mostly the villain here.
actually no. the US courts are not the supreme courts of the world. neither covered themselves in glory. what i was pointing out was that jd is the liar in the uk, amber the liar in the US..
The point is, she lied and ruined his career over things that weren’t true.
He did not win. The court found they defamed each other. She got a stiffer penalty but Depp also had to bring the charges in a state where libel laws are extremely loose.
As far as Percy's situation, it sounds extremely chaotic and muddy. But false accusations for this sort of thing are no different than any other crime, around 2%. It's far more likely these things did happen, but this is also a group of people, not a single two-person relationship.
“Bullshit” is perhaps too strong, but I agree that it would be best to take this with a grain of salt unless/until more is said. The allegations here aren’t that specific and don’t necessarily add up to more than “he has high school parties where people got drunk” which is not a crime. Still, it’s concerning and there may be more information before long.
There are screenshots of text messages of Percy allegedly sending soft nudes (no privates visible, but a lot skin) to underage recipients. They’re on Twitter. I don’t want to post them here because I feel it may be against the rules. I don’t know how old he was when he sent them himself. Still they really look like harmless joke images a kid would send to mess with someone.

I mean, given Percy's own age, I think I need a little more info before making a judgment call about it? It could be very bad, or it could be relatively harmless, I just don't know what to say. I've seen internet mobs get fired up about relationships between teenagers who are in actuality only a year or two apart, and it's like... That's not the scandal that you think it is, stop being weird puritans. But, let me reiterate, this MIGHT be very bad, I don't want to dismiss it without consideration.
so many things have come to light already. if you read the thread you will see all the allegations AND some very weird tweets he's made and liked. this entire situation does not seem fabricated when you look at ALL the tweets, screenshots, and allegations.
Well the thing is that there are allegations that may have some serious weight to them, and then there are people who now just seem to be sharing every bad thing he ever said or did, and the latter don't necessarily add up to anything, but the former should maybe be investigated. Like, it's very possible that he's committed some crimes, but it' also possible that he is/was a shithead teenager, which sucks and it's perfectly reasonable to not want to support his career because of it, but is not illegal.
It looks like the biggest issue is rape allegations. That’s a career death sentence in today’s world. Justifiably, but allegations need to be proven.
I’m pretty sure he’s already talking to his attorney’s to either clear his name and sue for defamation or figure out how to simply not lose everything.
Idk if I should feel bad for him or not right now. He’s young and he’s gotta deal with this, but I guess it’s deserved if he did actually do what he’s accused of…

These photos, assuming they weren’t sent to minors are really harmless IMO, but I mean…this is such a difficult situation
