I have lost around 30 pounds.

Here are my measurements
February 16th 2016
Butt - 43 inches
Waist - 32.5 inches
Thighs - 22.5 inches

February 25th 2015
Butt - 46 inches
Waist - 34 inches
Thighs - 24.5 inches

So at this point, I haven't been losing the weight and such in a healthy way at all, I went through some depression and some medical issues, ontop of not eating a whole lot or properly.

But now that I have dropped and lost this much, I am wanting to get someone that would help me out daily. What foods I should/need to buy, and cook myself. Proper exercise to lose the rest of the fat and start to tone etc etc.

I was thinking of getting a membership to LA Fitness for the state ($35 a month and the initial fee waived) I mean that's not a bad deal, especially for what LA Fitness has to offer. :) Im really interested in the swimming pool, because swimming is a great exercise.

But if anyone would be interested in assisting me and such that would be amazing, and if anyone is in the area, I live in the Tampa Bay Area in Florida, that would be even better! :D

Are the photos in your profile page before or after, as you are very sexy and your weight looks great as does that pussy of yours! Bill

Seriously dude? *eye-roll*
Great that you think she's sexy but your comment is really dismissive of her desire to make changes in her life. Respect her enough to say something helpful or just tell you think she's hot without undermining something that's obviously important to her.

I would be more than happy to help you. If you'd give me an idea of what your diet looks like day to day, your activity level, & your age/height/weight... I can give you a decent place to start. Feel free to message if you don't want to put it all here.

Will be turning 29 this year. I am around 185 pounds. I am 5'1" (61 inches) I walk a lot, and ride my bicycle from time to time when weather permits. I have bought two 5 pounds dumbells to use them in exercising and my diet well i really dont have one, money issue and stuff.

Good for you that you are taking this giant step to fitness. I found my way at 42 and 20 years later, it's great. You got a terrific offer from Snarky; she knows her stuff. So does her other half. They post lots of basic factual information that, while the work it entails may be daunting, the rewards are well worth it.

I wish you the absolutely best. Cheers!

Before you spend tons of money on memberships and trainers understand the golden rule of weight lose. You CANNOT out-train a terrible diet. I recommend you get a diet going for 2 solid weeks before you begin training. Once the fatigue and muscle pain hits you'll be in a routine with the diet which makes skipping a gym day easier to do. Good luck and you should lose a healthy 1-3lbs a week!

Don't get a trainer at LA fitness, they are over priced and know almost nothing about training, as do most personal trainers in the business. Honestly, if you just embraced a reasonably health diet and learned a bit about basic nutritional science, while also getting into a regular exercise routine you will get to a healthy bodyweight/fat percentage, which for your goals would be all that's needed. However, if you know you wont be consistent with your weight loss program and feel hiring a trainer will keep you in line, and also have the money, then by all means go for it, just realize that it isn't necessary at all.

I agree that Taraai is hot. Swimming and weights are not the best things to lose weight IMHO. Bicycle, calisthenics and running works better, because the body is smart and since you are moving your own bodyweight it will understand how to build muscle without adding fat. Dancing is great too.

The most important thing though is to find something that absorbs your interest, keeping the mind far away from food.

Omg please don't listen to this. I'm working on stuff for you... I just couldn't ignore this in the meantime.

If your only goal is to lose pounds, it's more about diet than anything. Someone else mentioned that you can't out train a bad diet. Absolutely true. I lost 50 pounds before I ever set foot in a gym.

As for this nonsense... *eye-roll*
Having lost well in excess of 100 pounds, I can tell you that swimming and weight lifting are two of the top things on my list. Weight lifting in particular. Done properly you'll burn the calories you would running in 1/3 of the time... Without the damage to your knees.

Sure, just look at a bodybuilder and a runner and you'll see that the runner is heavier. Lol.
I guess you missed the diet portion of her statement.
Those two examples are eating very differently to achieve their goals.
Idiot

Lots of people lift weights who aren't bodybuilders. Gymnasts, soccer moms, crossfitters, fighters, bikini models, basketball players... Are you catching my drift here?
Honestly dude, the fact that you think it's that simple is proof that you're not a reliable source of information. If you want to sniff her panties, ask her... But don't give her bad information about transforming her body and maintaining it like its gonna give you some advantage over the other 800 guys on the site who think she's hot :) Leave that to someone who isn't trying to fuck her and has firsthand experience with being a woman losing a significant amount of weight.

Roid rage eh? A marathon runner can eat double than a bodybuilder and still put on less bodyweight. And anyone who looks her pics anc see how light weight she is. You are not going to impress anyone with the name calling, it just shows how incivil you are.

Do you realize that I am thousands of miles far away from her? You are not. Maybe it's you that want to sniff her panties.
