Hate to do this, Kim, but I have to disagree with you on the cheescake issue. Graham cracker crust is the only way to go and no toppings. Just plain ol' cheesecake. I don't want fancy toppings, I don't want fancy flavors, and for cryin' out loud--don't make it white chocolate with raspberry or even worse anything chocolate. At that point it's so goobered up with swirls and fudge and stuff it might as well just be a plate of truffles. I want plain cheesecake--smooth and creamy and rich. I think I might have to bake one now LOL.
