I had been looking at the off the shelf kits for making a replica of your member and always thought they were overpriced and you could only make one mold. So I took a trip to the hobby store and researched a bit. Without buying any expensive lifecasting supplies I was able to make this plaster replica of my penis for $20 ($10 with coupon) using safe non-toxic casting gel and then plaster for the pour which was also included in the kit. I figured I would share my creation since I think it turned out very well for a first attempt. I have attached a couple pics. After the plaster has fully cured I plan to make a more durable latex mold and do a few silicone clones for some friends and for gag gifts.

Just dont go putting that thing in anywhere, I have visions of a plaster mould breaking off. An interesting alternative however!

It was made using an alginate mold gel then a plaster pour. Trust me I had the same fear regarding dipping my goods in plaster and chose the correct way to make molds.

my wife was going to make a replica of my cock in a silicone material with one of the kits a few years ago. I had to work out of town for weeks at a time, no week ends home. and she wanted a dildo, but it had to be a "my cock" dildo. but about that time the gig ended, so we keep using the real thing. she jokingly told me she was going to have my cock preserved, stuffed & mounted after I die. I said, "just make sure I'm dead."

Incredible result, how long did it take to find out the right amounts of everything?

The kit included enough molding gel to make two molds for my mesurements using a tennis ball tube as the outer casing. I basically just halved the molding gel and used enough water to make the mix. Do not use cold water like they suggest. I used warm water and basically had to concentrate for about 3 minutes without stimulation to keep it solid. Removing the mold was a little tricky because of a suction effect and I was still erect. My testicles started to dip into the tube as you can see.

You may get bubbles in the mold that you have to flick off your caster finished product in order to have a perfect finish. But it captures all your details and fine lines perfectly.

Lol, interestingly enough, through my research I found Taxidermists use a similar alginate material to do replicas instead of real stuffing now. So I think you can keep your tool.
