Don't really have a routine...I had to stop for a while as I had overdone it a month ago and felt real sore. This week I was super hard at the thought of going back (that really helped!) and pumped that erection good...when it felt too much I'd take it out for a bit and then go at it hard again. These gains were probably over two hours of consistent pumping.
