Most of the PM's I've received are very complimentary so I always thank the sender.
Others I've received are to talk off board about an issue perhaps, ask questions maybe.
I've PM'd someone to ask advice about an issue. As long as everyone is polite & pleasant I've found that it's usually a good experience.

I was going to make a thread about this. I seldom reply to PM's and I NEVER reply if I don't 'know' at least in some small way the other person. I especially don't want to chat to strange gay men. Because I have nothing to chat to them about.

I don't really want to chat to anyone :tongue:
Occasionally I will reply if I know the person but this isn't often.
I very rarely send a PM (first), verging on never.
