Sadly, you're right. I initially believed it was Steve because the style of the photograph with the frontal is very similar to other photos Steve did with a photographer names Tomas Clark. However, right clicking on the the frontal picture reveals that the guy's name is "Ken" and googling Tomas Clark + Ken makes it clear the guy in the photo is not Steve, but this guy:
