Tyler White has written a book about his time with the California Dream Men. It was originally published in Italian and called "La Verita a Nudo" (the truth exposed / the naked truth) in 2002.

I did buy the book years ago, but never read it, because I don't read Italian and I never bothered with using google translate.

Only yesterday I found out that the book has been re-published as an e-book in English in 2022 with the title "Hillbilly in Hollywood", with some additional information about Tyler's life after 2002.

I really enjoyed reading the book and it has a lot of interesting information about the rise and fall of the California Dream Men in the late nineties (1998/1999).

Tyler is straight, a little naive and very polite (he was already a father when he joined the group), so don't expect anything juicy or horny. There are references to sex and drugs, but I think these sections were mainly added to sell more copies, rather than being an important part of Tyler's story. The book is only about 100 pages with some added pictures, so it's a quick read. I can recommend reading the book, especially in combination with watching the Teatro Olimpico videos and the Folies Bergere videos which will be added to the thread later.

This routine actually has an interesting backstory which can be read in "Hillbilly in Hollywood". Backup dancer Chad Jason Celi was so popular during the after show photo's that they added this routine, so that Chad's contract could be changed to that of stripper, so he could be paid more.
