I own a bathmate Hercules and a hydromax 9. They are both water pumps and good if you have time to hang out in the shower/tub to pump.
Saw some really good gains with those.
Last week I got an air pump from the hustler store and it's super convenient, doesn't require water and does a great job. The only down side is that the tube itself isn't clear.
I started wearing a cock ring to help keep the pump and a length (I'm a grower too).

I would suggest getting eotehr from hustler Hollywood since they usually have 10-15% off or you can use review25 for 25% off. They carry both the bathmate and regular air pumps.

An "air" pump at low vacuum for longer periods of time will definitely increase flaccid hang both temporarily (for gym appearance!) and permanently.

I would avoid any vacuum cylinder that is not "clear". You should be able to monitor the appearance of your cock for safety reasons. Also, it's nice to look at in the tube

They do but take time. The best bet for you is Extenders. They work fast for flaccid gains.
