social media is all about getting likes and comments and a lot of people thrive off of that and they do whatever they can to get the most likes and comments...

but what about those people who don't do whatever it takes to get the most comments and likes...what about those who fade in to the background no one ever acknowledging they exist or ever giving them the time of day or even simply a comment or like every once in a year...not all of us are out to get 1,000 likes and comments a day but we appreciate it all the same.

the likes function i use, but not overly awed by it

like this RT2 has 398-00 odd with 7000 odd posts
know ive placed a lot of those out there in 11 years,
ie
spent a couple of years daily,walking 3/4 a mile in bush,rain/shine, to hook up to dial-up by roadside post on island, because i was too mean to pay 7000 to get a phone line in haha true
just an obsession so to speak ha

all a matter of keeping oneself occupied is my thought

This is the only type of "social media" that I have. I never got into the whole Facebook and Instagram thing. Maybe I'll get an Instagram account one day.
