Sometimes they act up chuck.. Ipods have a mind of their own. And if you put crappy music on them.. they won't play.:biggrin1:

oh no they're the best things since sliced bread, i was really the culprit behind my iPod breaking....

Some of the iPods do occasionally crap out. My first one did after about a month of use. Luckily, (on a whim) I had purchased the exta warranty coverage and so BestBuy just handed me a new one. No questions asked.

Despite the failure, I really like the ipod because of its small size, good battery life, huge capacity (60 gig), and easy user interface with iTunes software.

Anything Apple's pretty fuckin' awesome. I love my iBook -- and have my eye on an (Intel-based) iMac.
The iPod makes most of my CD collection redundant ... which is freedom, except some day the little beast will die on me.

yeah that's what i hate .... it seems as though (atleast with mine) you have to charge them forever

and for the record I had a dream that GoneA, as well as others, went into the military and posted goodbye threads left and right. I thought it was real and woke up heart racing and everything. Oh, and I was an hour late to work as well.
