accept that its just gonna be animalistic tearing each others clothes off great immediate sex - get that out the way, then work on the sustainability? After 10 months it would be full on to start with for me, then you can roll back, draw breath, laugh about it and do the catching up, laying in bed, fucking, sleeping, resting thing.
