I don't think they're ever going to perfect it because the actors real dick and balls always have to be stuffed behind the prosthetic, so the base of the shaft is always further away from the body than it really is irl. that's why it's always weird and obscured there

I found a site that had a couple of small screenshots from this scene, including a back view - see attached.

Looks like it was from a show called "Head Case" that ran for 3 seasons from 2007 - 2009. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be on streaming or DVD. Would love to see a higher definition clip of the whole scene including the back view.
