Ignoring your charming "robbing the grave" reference (I'm 46 and my wife's 40), I might be able to give you a few insights from personal experience: My wife has, on occasion, picked up younger men (i.e. 18- to 22-year-olds) in bars and at parties. While these boys do tend to be horny as fuck, especially when she's been making out with them and slips a sly hand down their pants to start surreptitiously pulling them off in public, they seem to get visibly nervous and uncomfortable when she takes them home and things turn private (although I'm sure my presence doesn't help, even moreso if I get in on the action for spit-roasting and DVP and such).

However, a few of them have really stood out in terms of their maturity about it, sexually and otherwise - in other words, 1) they're witty and talkative, able to hold an intelligent conversation on topics other than sex, 2) they're sexually open and experimental (i.e. don't freak out in a threesome situation) and, 3), stick around for a while afterwards, just hanging out with us and perhaps enjoying seconds and thirds in an all-nighter without being awkward during the breaks between the sex, rather than just getting up and fucking off after they've cum. It's guys like these who become regular fuck-buddies instead of merely being one-night-stands.
