Roommate Differences?

You mean because he felt inferior and tried to compensate verbally, etc?

I don't presume to know exactly what he was feeling, but based on similar behavior by other former friends that was illuminated by people close to them (and roommates who directly admitted such things), I figure it is something like that, yes.

I used to be vet self conscious about making others feel inferior, but I learned in the Army that people allow themselves to feel as they feel, often regardless of what I or anyone else does.

Wondering if anyone else has lived with a guy with a vastly different size? Did it affect the friendship/roommate relationship?

I had a roommate back in college (I'm 30 now) who was much bigger but we never saw each other at the same time (I have another post about that). And now years later, I have a guy that started renting out a room in my house last month and we both learned this past weekend that he's way bigger (my 1 inch flaccid to his probably 4 or 5 inches flaccid). Anyone else had to deal with this situation?
Do you feel envious?

My roommate who is also a teammate of most of my college was smaller than me, but he weighed 30 pounds less too, so its like all our body parts were smaller. I wrestled 165, he was 133.
Soon after we became room mates he met my brother (actually older foster brother), soon realized he and my brother were close to the same size, body wise and between the legs. After that, and he realized how good a relationship and how open a relationship we had growing up, its like he took it as a sign that he was like my brother away from home. He has been the most amazing roommate I could have hoped for.

I have had multiple roommates most recently in a larger room. One of them is my own replacement in the 165 slot on the team. Its uncanny how similar we are, in so many ways. We even did something last year to hold a sheet below our balls and above our cock and see if our roommates could tell who is who from dicks only. They both said we were almost identical.

Living with someone can be a nightmare for many reasons usually to do with not paying bills, noise or their friends for example. Cock size was never a problem. Two guys I lived with come to mind both a bit 'deformed'. One with an incredibly long cock - but very very skinny. One with a massive cock but would have traded most of it to be a bit taller and have a more handsome face. They were both basically straight but we did a bit of wanking together and snuggling up at night watching movies - with the ocasional bed sharing overnight. That was all based on friendship and getting to know each other. Still friends. A big cock is no substitute for a shitty personality. I'm more wary of short guys and guys with small cocks because their insecurity can affect their attitudes to other people.

And having a small cock is no excuse for having a shitty personality either.

Best friend, straight, was roommate twice. I have mentioned him before, he had almost no penis flaccid, and I hang quite a bit. 40 years later he says shit. He was tall and gorgeous, but probably small?? Never saw it hard, but he was upset

My roommate and I used to mess around. His is considerably smaller, but there’s something about it that drove me crazy. I just found it so hot and I found him so hot and sexy when we fucked. Despite the small dick, he had by far the best game out of the guys I’ve been with. We don’t talk anymore, but damn I wish we could fuck again. I’ve only ever enjoyed bottoming with him. Other dicks are too big and guys don’t know how to work it quite like him...

I'm somewhat short (5'7") and have a small cock (about 5" hard and 3" soft) and I don't consider myself to be insecure about either of these attributes. I've definitely never been insecure about my various male roommates from over the years seeing my penis, as they all did regularly given shared bathrooms, etc.

You were also probably fun and great to live with!

Basically my situation with my roommate right now lol I thought he was out of town for the weekend so I walked out into the living room naked in the middle of the night and he was walking back from the kitchen at the same time fully naked. Scared the shit out of me at first because I thought I was home alone and didn't hear him come back in at any point. Then once I got my bearings I took a good look at his cock and he's about 4 or 5 inches long and thick when soft. My one inch was probably barely visible with my hair. Luckily he hasn't brought it up since but it doesn't mean I've forgotten or that I'm less embarrassed

I was a collegiate swimmer and lived in a men only athletic dorm. Having been a swimmer since 7th grade I was totally accustomed to seeing other guys nude and it was no big deal. I was never particularly a modest person but generally speaking the swimmers were more casual about it than others. My roommate and I rarely had anything on in the room. In that environment you get an appreciation that dicks are dicks and vary by individual. I saw big dicks on small guys and small dicks on big guys. I'm relatively well hung (about 4" limp and close to 8" fully up) but cock size was never a factor between any of my teammates or roommates. I like looking at cocks and I like big cocks especially twink big cocks. But that's no way to judge anybody or feel less than adequate because you don't happen to swing a 10.

I never understood why it would be a problem being bigger or smaller than a roommate.
One time I was living with a group of guys, we were all friends and the place only had one bathroom. The day we were all moving in one of them said "Since we are all sharing that bathroom there's something y'all need to know... I'm hung like a chipmunk." We laughed and just responded with something along the lines of "yeah, we know." It was no big deal at all and he was 100% comfortable with casual nudity, actually we all were. You kind of had to be. I just don't get why it would ever be an "issue."

First year of college , shared a room for the first time - only boy in a family of girls . I was a bit nervous the first night when we got ready to go to bed - would he turn around , was I expected to do the same ? He just stood there , dropped jeans and boxers . I did the same . He checked me out , I did the same . Both of us uncut, both of us growers . Never gave it a second thought changing when he was in the room
