Well, lets focus on the details:
-He is quite tall (187cm - 6'1in)
-Naturally wide, and he can easily grow muscular mass [1]
-His hands are massive

-The fact that he reproduces a lot (has already 3 children) without any complications, so high testosterone levels
My conclussion is that:
-He probably has an enormous cock, because nature keeps balance.
[1] How do I know he easily grows muscular mass?
He practices crossfit, which isn't powerlifting or bodybuilding. Crossfit focuses on strength, not on hypertrophia, so growing muscle mass doing CF is harder than just hitting the gym. Also, he practices every day, some days even twice (I asked him this last thing a while ago through private and he confirmed). Growing is harder if your body doesn't rest at least once per week.
Based on all this, and based on the fact that he anyway keeps growing and has enormous not just pecs and arms, but also legs and ASS (Beautiful BTW) I know that he is a natural grower, he has good genetics to grow.
