There's a difference between Saxon's memories and Lochlan's memories. There's a reason why Lochlan remembers Saxon while he's unconscious. But it also sounds like you and I interpret the scenes differently as well. Anyway, have a good night.

Also, have you been inebriated before? It is not uncommon for memories to come back in pieces or not at all when someone is extremely drunk - even if we take the pills out of the equation.

Saxon was very clearly awake, although it does seem like he had his eyes closed in pleasure and assumed the hand was Chloe's. But he also didn't stop it when he realized it was Lochlan. But your interpretation that he was sleeping is weird.
