The afore mentioned Sean is one of them, and he wasn’t shy about it at all (now it seems to not be the same, though) but until March he was on twitter and Instagram under his real name selling videos for whoever was willing to pay and he gives his WhatsApp number to fans like it’s nothing.

I believe Daniel has an OF under his real name, but he always struck me as an odd duck anyways. If there are others, then I would need to see the receipts.

And then there are the vast majority who don't promote themselves as SC models under their real names. The gay models over the years have been more interested in being known for their SC work (some have escorted, or promoted themselves on twitter). But there have been a number of straight SC guys who have been "outed" (Jamie, Noel) or have tried to distance themselves from their porn past (Danny). Others have non-SC names on twitter or instagram but use other names (not their legal/birth names). On these forums there have been a number of posts where someone found out a porn guy's real name, found his social media, and commented (inappropriately) on that media, leading the "model" to block them, set the media to private, or shut down the media altogether. It's really not that surprising that a lot of these guys don't want their porn fanboys trolling the same social media accounts as their siblings, parents and friends.

AFAIK, a few models do not care if their real names are leaked to public or not. But most models care. Some of them even pay the site to take down their sex scenes after they find a regular job.
Sometimes, the site owners also make mistakes and use the model's real name as stage name when they release the new scenes or send out the newsletter. It's pain in the ass to make up for it. They have to send DMCA requests to remove the model's real name from the site, social media and blogs.
