Why is it that when you were a teen you had clear semen but this became white when you became older

When you age your sperm starts including alkaloids meant to make a woman's PH friendlier to sperm. That's what makes it white (and that's also why ejaculate turns more clear after exposed to air for a bit. Those alkaloids oxidize which changes their color).

At least that's what some Googling comes up with.
