sexual pressures

I think the 'pressure' for me is to always have a raging hard-on when having sex. My ex wife used to get pissed when I would play with myself while going down on her. She thought 'she should be enough' and I didn't need any additional stimulation. Anyway, that's part of the reason she's the ex.
a LOT of guys feel that nd it both saddens and pisses me off. guys worry they have a problem if they're not popping the boner of granite on demand. poor fuckers! you're not machines.

i like to give a little footjob while a man goes down on me.

what pressures do you feel society puts on you?
as a man... as a woman... as a straight or a gay?

I have felt many pressures society puts on me <from my past & even now>
My 1st sexual encounters started at 10 y/o and by 13 y/o I became a father of a new born by a female about 6 y/o older then me.
I guess this occurred due to my early male development and I didn't look like I was only 10 y/o.
Then I was sexually abused and taken advantage of while in a boy's home, and foster home members <namely an uncle> who pimped me. He made me do everything you can imagine, including tried to get me into pron. But,they find out I was only 15 y/o and got scared by USA laws to use the materials of pron they made me do. But the did sale & send sum of it overseas.
Even presently on my job many guys will sometimes sexually tease, make comments, and jokes about my gential size. Have given me sexual nicknames referring to my endowment.
They feel and think I should be getting sex all the time...24/7 due to my size. They always wanna exchange things about sex or sports with me.
I reckon I have got pretty use to it now but sometimes I do get embarassed.
I have been around folks at parties when they have started discussing me about being well hung. Their interest becomes so great, I have been pressured to drop my pants and show my junk for the fun of it.
There was a couple of times at a bar, it was agreed if I pulled my dick out and laid it on the bar, me and my buddies could drink all night long for free!
Then there was a time when some of my buddies set up a bet with a dude who said for every inch of dick I had he would pay $5.00... I got to collect $55.00 LOL:tongue:
So I have come to realize folk in society can and do put sexual pressures
on you...and esp.if you get a reputation of some sort.
Thx for the thread/topic. Appreciate you Brotha.

The expectation that you have to accept any sex opportunity when you're a 20-something male. This woman invited me back to her place not too long ago but I turned it down because it would have made things much more difficult the following day.

I haven't had sex in a while, so my friends wont drop it. Although the ones that are the most vocal haven't either so maybe it is just because they're frustrated.

1, to strip of all body hair
2, to have multpile orgasms from penetration
3, to enjoy oral and anal sex
4, to not be frigid & prudish
5, to not be slutty

...obviously i ignore them all.

how do you ignore 4 and 5
I'd like to help you stop ignoring 2
and cmon now 1 isn't so bad...

I feel pressure to rush into sex in a relationship...while I had no problem doing this a few years ago, my experience has shown me that I need to get to know the guy first. Unfortunately, most guys don't actually want to wait a couple of months. But this is their problem...it's their loss cos I'm amazing ;p Though, still, I hate feeling that pressure.

Lots of good comments here. I can relate to many of them, in particular, the expectation that I should want sex all the time. I want sex when I want it. If you want it at the same time, great. If not, I'm fine to go without.

I don't fit into the stereo typical expectations of feminine sexuality.

My approach and attitude towards sex has been described as "masculine" and it wasn't ment as a compliment at the time.

As a bigger guy, black, bi man I have these:

As a bigger guy, I feel society makes us feel like we are never going to get laid because we are bigger. Even though I am bigger I still feel as though I am an attractive guy. However, it does feel good when you actually find someone who doesn't have that hangup about body, and you fuck the shit out of them and they are giving you all these great accolades about your dick and skills. I do have to admit that my self confidence or lack of, sometimes makes me think they are doing it to make me feel good. Sometimes you can tell when they are lying and when they are not.

As a black man, I hate that society thinks I have a cock hanging to my knees. I say that I am about average (you tell me, pic attached).

as a bi man, straight people and some gay people seem to think that I need to make a choice, either gay or straight. I am attracted to both men and women, period. I can suck a dick, take it up the ass, and then turn around eat a pussy, and fuck one too. I don't have to make a choice, nature made it for me, by making me attracted to both sexes. FUCKING DEAL WITH IT!!!!!

I remember fondly the few times I actually saw pictures of you
your feminine in appearance if nothing else I promise you that
and that is a compliment

I know the feeling! I get the "I should be enough" speech because I still look at porn sometimes.

Don't know if this counts as a sexual pressure but being expected to NEVER want another women, as long as I live, because I have a gf... I'm sorry, but it's not that easy. There's no on off switch for that. I CAN control whether or not I sleep with them (which I don't) but damn, is it that bad that I sometimes WANT variety?!

I'm so sorry. That's not fair. :frown1:

I'm glad that I'm in a relationship where neither of us expect that from our partner. You know that she doesn't feel that way, because she's only human, like you. Perhaps she has jealousy issues or she's insecure?

Ohhhhhh I know.... check out some of my threads on my weird relationship lol. I don't get upset about it...I just feel that "pressure"... I have to make a conscious EFFORT to ignore other women. It's not automatic yet....I went too long SEEKING that attention...now it's hard to turn that part off...I'm getting better though...

People generally seem to expect me to be dating someone. They react with surprise when I say I'm single. I don't know why since I don't look like a male model or anything. Also there's a lot of social pressure for me to lose my virginity. It seems to be seen as unusual if you're still a virgin at the age of 18/19, especially given the lower age of consent over here.

FUCK ALL OF THAT....Stay true to yourself. If you can hold out....hold out. It'll be more rewarding for you in the end. And relationships are like tattoos these days. Everyone has one, so they all feel that EVERYBODY else should have one too, or you're weird. Smh...society....whatta'ya'gonna'do

Maybe some of that is unintentional pressure. I have to admit, with my single friends I ask about their love lives. I don't intend to convey the message that they should be dating, I'm just expressing an interest Something I miss about being single is sharing disaster dating stories, stories of potential romances, the highs and lows of dating, and it was fun to talk about. I get how that can seem like everyone is interested in whether you hook up, but it might just be that people assume that there's probably a "story" there and they're making conversation.
