Shaving off pubes?

I've shaved a couple of times (the first being completely shaving all hairs, both bush and balls), but I prefer it trimmed to just over an inch. Naked looks like you've not reached puberty yet in my opinion, and gives me nothing to play with in bed apart from my cock.

If it's out of control however, then the only thing to do is shave it all off, and manage it whilst it grows back.

It may seem weird, but my pubic hair now has it's very own shampoo to keep it in top shape :biggrin1:

It's all a matter of taste and preference...That's why some boys like to put on dresses and high heels and others like chaps a harness and combat boots, it's just a festish and or kink factor!

My husband first shaved his pubic hair when he got a case of thrush, and it was much easier to apply the cream to his balls with no interfering hair. But I liked the look and feel, so we agreed that he would shave regularly to keep himself "slick and ready for action".

I guess you don't know whether it feels any better than "natural" until you try it at least once !

I used to be on my college swim team, we all shaved everywhere. Exposed nerve endings, made us swim faster. It was a no brainer, apart from being a swimmer however, you would stand out in the locker room in all the wrong ways, IMO. What the fuck, to each his own.

Why would a healthy, macho, stalwart young stud want to shave off his pubic hair?

I'm moderately hairy -- blond hair, from my muttlicious American-Scot-French-Irish-English ancestry. I'll trim my pubes and other body hair every now and then, not real short (#5 clipper), just to keep things neat. My current gf goes from loving my hairy bod to wanting to shave it all smooth. Every now and then, she'll persuade me to let her trim and shave me. She even gives me a crew cut!

Got to tell you, it's incredibly erotic! I'm popping a drooling boner from the instant she peels my clothes off. And the sex afterwards is always sweaty and passionate, mutiple times. This has been covered before, but again my 2 cents: It's a matter of preference...what makes the individual happy and sometimes also what makes their mates happy. Several here have already cited the advantages of going hairless in the pubes (esp. in hot humid climates).

I've been that way for nearly 20 yrs. now. Luv it and keep it completely smooth down there. Easily maintained if you pass a razor the moment you feel stubble. Otherwise I'd be quite hairy down there (gross!)

Don't shave the rest of the body tho. So I have arm and leg hair, chest hair, etc. The guy the o.p. described might have been into bodybuilding competition. They shave off all of their body hair. Or maybe he likes the look. To each his/her own I always say.

I too like a clean shaven sac, even my ass crack at times. It looks great, feels great & I get a lot more loving down there when it is smooth. As for a totaly smooth bush, not me. A well trimmed crotch with a neat hairy patch & a smooth sac still looks manly but clean

I get a hot wet washcloth and place it over the hair you want to shave.
after the hair is soaked,put your shaving cream on and let it sit for a couple minutes.

this softens the hair,opens the follicles by relaxing the muscles
that makes your hairs stand up.
creating a nice soft smooth shave.

also the rubber part on the razor,the squeegy thing at the top
is designed to "pull" the shaven loose hair away.
if you use the razor in a toothbrush motion lightly,
it creates an even smoother shave.

i think there's are a pill to make your body hairless. my friends used that and in the morning he scream because all of his chest, pubes, sack, etc are GONE except for hair and eyebrows. and it's already 2 years and he still hairless..... what do you think?

He was just completely devoid of hair--even the hair on his head was in a very short buzz-cut. Hair sucks, and it stinks! I have been extremely hairy since my mid 20s. I use clippers to trim my body hair head to toe during the warmer months. I don't trim as often from December through March. Last month, I used a razor and shaved my pubes for the first time. It feels great! If you like to exercise, it's easier to control body odor if you have less body hair. Muscular, in shape guys with buzzed haircuts are a big turn on for me. I live in San Diego and their are many Marines running around on the weekends. They are great to look at.

He might shave and just like being like that, but then again, he may just be naturally smooth. I know a guy who has very little body hair, he has not hair on his legs, ass, chest, stomach or even his face aside from his eye brows, and he has little to no pubic hair, and he has always been that way.
