How many times a day do you shower. I usually shower 2-3 times per day. If I didn't I'd feel like shit and when you do shower do you start from your hair and work your way down to your toes or differently. I know I go head to toes. That way soap runs down the body. If you started on your chest you would still have to do the area above it and soap would just run down your chest again and have to be washed off.

I shower once a day, maybe once every other day. I wash my face first, then my hair, then my body. And if I'm shaving my legs, I do that last.

alot of my formative yrs were spent outside the US so i didnt' develop the excessive compulsive cleaning frenzy everybody here seems to have. i had a roomie who would shave his face 2 times a day and shower again if he had a date later in the evening, and then have to use moisturizer cuz his skin was drying out , it was insane.
and anyway using all that water to shower 3 times a day is just selfishly destroying the planet for the rest of us.

I'm with you, once a day maybe every other day depending on what I have going on.
I start with getting all wet, hair, face, arms, chest, back (as best I can) crotch, thighs, legs, booty, feet then stand under the water and just let it clean me off.
I shower once every couple days. I also bathe in there without getting my hair wet-- my hair is much happier when it's not being stripped of oils every day, and color holds better.
There's a sweet spot for me where I don't break out-- if I shower too much, my skin gets irritated and dry and it breaks out. If I go too long, my skin gets oily and breaks out.
I honestly don't see the need for showering every day unless I've been exercising or have gotten dirty from gardening and the like.
My husband likes to shower every day-- he feels dirty if he doesn't. To each his own.
