I recently just started college so I started to work out my whole body now because I have a 3 hour break in between classes. It's been a while since I've been in a public shower, and for some reason I got hard in the stall. Does anyone know how to prevent that? Mind you I'm pretty skinny and all I work out is my legs, and it's the 1st time I've ever worked out my whole body this hard. (I work mainly on my lower body.) Is this just the hormones? And how can I prevent this from now on? Because now alot of guys use the showers because it's a little bit into the semester, and people are getting more comfortable now. This didn't happen the last couple times I was in the shower.
