Silent Hill or Gilbert Grape?

I knitted half a poncho and drank 1/3 of a bottle of wine. Two facts only marginally less interesting than the film.

You could have watched a film in this time. I watched Forrest Gump on Channel 4. Such a good film.

And I said Gilbert Grape sounds old because I remember it being either an old book or an old film. And mentioning Johnny Depp and DiCaprio decreases my enthusiasm for a motion picture.

Johnny Depp just plays the same weird characters all the time.

This has reminded me though that FALLEN starring Denzel Washington is a crazy good movie!

Well this is what happens when you only have two choices. You end up watching boring movies or sometimes bombing Iraq for no good reason.

DiCaprio has never put in a better performance, imo.

I'll probably end up on it tomorrow night... unless I can be bothered to go find something else... I haven't seen the last X-Men movie. I enjoyed the first one, but the second was a bit lame. I haven't seen the Brothers Grimm either... I haven't seen a lot of recent stuff.

Yeah - he was about the best thing in it - Depp was Depp and I like that so that was fine - Juliette Lewis didn't annoy me half as much as usual - supprting cast were all good.. but overall it lacked something. Dunno - still, not a bad film.
