I couldn't agree more. My dick may be on the smaller side, but I'm on the less modest side whenever it comes to nudity in acceptable locations (locker rooms/showers, shared accommodations with friends, clothing-optional beaches, etc.) . To me I'm showing off that I'm confident in my body, including my penis--which happens to be on the smaller side.
