Sniffies.com..?

Someone mentioned Sniffies.com in another thread. It's a newer local map based hookup site. I think it works on the PC and phones. Anyone else tried this app? I tried to use it on my pc but it freezes with "can't find the connection, or updating site..." and dies. Seem like a fun tool to play with.

Try a different browser - I got the same error screen on Firefox, but had no trouble loading the map on Edge or Chrome. I'm using a smart DNS, and Edge doesn't zero in on my location exactly - it's off by about 10 miles - but Chrome hit it dead on.

Like most sites, if you live in a larger city, you'll have no problems finding prospects. If you don't, not so much.

It's OK, I met a top on there over the summer. Your location is super specific, or vague, depending on whether you share your location data. If you're dl, it pays not to share that data.

Using Firefox. Closed and reopened... Works like a charm. My location is only off by 1 mile which is OK by me (no need or want to show it exactly). It show about 50 people (in various stages of availability) within a 15 mile radius.

I guess since I'm in a crowed suburb with lots of homes and condos. It's close enough - but not too close. I would bet in a smaller town it could be a little too accurate for those keeping it discreet.

So far it looks like fun without having to jump thru hoops for a free account. Just checking it out to see where the rabbit hole goes.

I got on there to check things out but did an anonymous search. I didn't think I would find any close by since I live in a very rural area, but there were quite a few within about a 1 to 2 hour drive with the closest one being only about 30 minutes away. There were some possibilities that I would consider meeting, but first I have to make sure I really want to try sex with another man instead of just fantasizing about it. Also if I do decide to give it a try it won't be until later this summer or early fall when I have to use up what vacation I have left over before the new fiscal year at work starts since we are pretty much working 7 days a week right now.

Met my second partner top last Monday. 62 year old man, 6'4, 280 lbs, 7 inches and thick enough such that i couldn't close my grip around him. PrEP really has been a game changer.

Duck duck go is very hit miss. More times than not it reads a connection issue. But when it works you location is very accurate. Chrome I use anonymously and it has my location 20 plus miles away.
Issue I have in Knoxville area too many pic collectors. I have communicated with many saying they are cocksuckers, but not met any yet. All need me to host. I can't host.
There are a few gloryholes but no one seems to want to meet there.

I find it's only anons that start a chat with me. I say what's the point? Just leave your face out of the pic. Not tied to a phone number which is good. In my area there have even been a couple bukkake groups going on! Others pin their location (usually gyms) during the day. I pinned myself at my gym today (no face though). No other Snifflers were there... My senses were a bit heightened thinking that maybe another one might show up... The map looks crazy at first:

Sniffies.com was a game changer for me. It takes a little bit of patience to find the right match, but the hottest guys I have ever played with I found them there. Strongly recommend for any bi guys on DL

I think if you pay for membership you get more options. But then you have a paper trail...
And yes, I too get 4-5 chats a week. All anons except for two... I mean, even if you are being discreet... Show a little effort by showing the body. And not just the dick. Maybe I'm asking for too much?

I totally agree and don't think showing a pic is asking too much. My current map shows 17 anon and 2 with pics, one of those being me. The guy I've been chatting with and who wants to meet ignores any hints I make about him showing a pic. I'm just not into blind hook ups, they have never worked for me in the past. I have done the free one week upgrade so now have four pics of myself on there. I am willing to bet that a vast majority of the anons only have a "thrill" presence and have no intention of doing anything. C'est la vie!
