SNL or Mad TV Skit

I have been racking my brain on this skit I saw on SNL or Mad TV.

Cops pulling over (2) guys and then thier all comparing thier nightsticks?

They get in a circle and look at their sticks?

I know, haahaha, but WHO DID THIS SKIT??

And who was the host?

It was funny as shit,, someone help me please!!

It's MAD TV, and it wasn't nightsticks. It was those flashlights that you have to shake to light, so that when you saw them shaking them from behind, it looked like they were beating off, and their arms were tired, so they were making faces, etc. :wank:
Ike B. and Michael Mac. were the guys, the officers that "caught" them were Bobby Lee, and Aries S. (I THINK???)

i always though ike was hot, unfortunately he and bryan callen weren't on the show at the same time so they couldn't do any gay stuff together, that would have been good.

That was too funny. I don't see how Mike and Ike kept their composure, they must have practiced many times laughing before doing this for tape.
I MISS Mad TV. I love SNL but Mad Tv was much funnier and no one did double entendre humor better . MIKE and IKE always cracked me up when they did they Gay A&F skits lol
