My Gurl Friend loved the song ,,,, *"Some one to watch over me " Elle Fitzgerald and Linda Ronstadt , both sung it , we would dance to it most nights , her life before me was a living hell.
Being a trans woman is not easy these days ,,I took care of her , and I loved her very much.
She died , now I'm alone ,the song is a real tear jerker for me . Thanks

Giacomo Puccini's E lucevan le stelle from the third act of Tosca. You kind of know things are going south when a Puccini aria is written in B minor and a tenor's voice is dripping with sorrow. Franco Corelli's incredible interpretation is renown for his oxygen-sapping diminuendo at 1:50.
