What's the best way to stretch the meatus opening?

I currently use an old frenulum piercing as my DIY sound. It consists of two piercings screwed together, to form a kind of J shape. It has an 8mm ball on the bottom end of the "J", which can go past the inner opening of the meatus. The other end has a 10mm ball. I'm aiming on using the old fren piercing as my PA piercing. I would like to use the 10mm ball as a cum stopper in the meatus, just to feel what it's like to cum through the other hole of the PA piercing. Any info/advice on personal experience in doing the same would be greatly appreciated. TIA.
