Look at it this way... I include the supposedly "healthy functions" at an additional cost that is not passed along to the end user. Its a complex 3 phase process that I have observed being applied myself... and with clear results in my own practical experience. So it stays.
Mere mention (let alone active promotion) of the feature seems to be a sales detriment more than anything else. If i were keep it unknown to the user, that in itself would not be a correct representation after having in fact done the treatment.
I think most people in the west, in the east it is highly sought after, can take mention of FIR/Negative Ions in stride and not get bent out of shape for having said so.

What is this process? How can you apply a process at no cost to the purchaser? How are results with mere personal observation (no doubt not scientifically observed either) a qualification to say it is true? Why would a feature which may or may not be true be a sales detriment? If anything, people would respond like me (and others in this thread) and ignore that feature if the product offers what they want (no, I did not purchase one).

Anion tech: Allegedly ~5800 anions. How was this measured? its only a question of margin.
The technology is not my field of expertise.. I only witness the process.
For me the proof is in the pudding which is clearly noted
as improved colour and size of the glans and effective elimination of odours..
the need to wash the garment is less frequent as a result.
Scientific explanation has immense limitations...
I don't depend on it for all the answers.
I have my senses and perception to rely on.
Maybe I am too simple for you...

I have worn mine for 1 week and gave it a sniff test after my shower every day and have not had any odours, I wear mine 23 1/2 hours a day and 7 days a week. I just washed it to make sure it is clean not for smell.

At present we have no way of knowing if we have your size in stock until after you place the order as there are near about 50 sizes to deal with. Rather than run around on public forums broadcasting your suspicions.. why not just respond directly to the apologetic e-mail you already received today updating you on the status of your order.
On the other hand, why not simply request a refund... it will be gladly given.

dealing with 50 sizes makes it impossible to know what is in stock before the order is placed? You need a new inventory system!! Sounds pretty easy to me to keep track with up to the moment accurate information on what is available.
