Theres no definative answer on growth because everyone is different. People can have 'normal' growth where by they have the most rapid growth through teen years and then it trails off and stops at early 20's.
However, this is not the be all and end all of growth. Other people can experince slower growth through teens resulting in a slower steady growth for a longer time. Others can get a patchier growth where periods of growth can come, go, stop and start again later in life.
Personal growth of one person could be totally different to another. While you may experince 'average normal' growth pattern on the other hand you might not.
