Usually once a day. Sometimes two or three, if it's 'that kind of day.' I have a girlfriend but we only get to see each other a couple times a week, so I'm on my own the rest of the time. 2-3 times or about16-18 times a week on averageand i am 40+ when i was in my teens that number would have been doubled

Why does she need to understand? Or even that you're doing it, for that matter?
From the moment during puberty when I realized I wasn't having a heart attack, I masturbated at least once a day for years. Usually it was twice...once in the morning, and once before I went to sleep. Any time I could, I would, however, especially if it was 'dangerous'. But that's a whole other story.
As I grew into adulthood, it went to 2 or three times a week. But I have sex a LOT more now, so that makes up for it.

Fair question. . .she would see it as passing on sex with her. I find that sex with her and jacking as two completely different things. Sex with her is about passion and love. Jacking is about letting go a little stress. She doesn't get the difference. I wonder if other women do?
