I am approaching my 40's and was wondering if there are any OTC herbs, supplements, vitamins to take to have stronger erections?

Stay healthy and hydrated, and get as much exercise as possible. The "take a pill" thing is smoke and mirrors and shows how well hope and the placebo effect can boost the sale of snake oil.

I had health and relationship issues that caused me to let my conditioning slide. I've paid for it since.

would be nice, in my mid 40s now. not as hard as they used to be. used to be like damn rock all the time, shoot big loads multiple times a day. now maybe one good load a day, i can do more, but they are small. also, not near as hard as before.

I have the solution !!

I'm 41, hard as a rock when needed, still have morning wood, and sometimes so hard i have to wait so I can take a piss. I'm in better health now then when I was 31. The magic pill?, lost weight, starting lifting weights, and eat your veggies and protein. So boring to hear I'm sure, and yes it fucking hard work to get into consistently. Please just do this, it really really works!!
