I'm wondering if swell staged his own death. Those sites reporting this seem less that reliable and at the same time his x videos account is still showing that he was active and he made his red videos accessible which they weren't a few days ago. I think swell is trying to evade Canadian authorities by staging his own death.

Someone said earlier in the thread that Red appears and disappears periodically and that it's not just Swell's page that does this. There have been a lot of reports of red disappearing for people on his page. I'm all for a conspiracy theory, mind you, but there have been several theories given for the xvideo activity as well. So these two points alone do not seem very important.

What is your counter to the crime scene photo? The back window of his truck as seen in his vids which is a little unique IMO matches perfectly the back window of the truck at the crime scene.

The murder was reported in the national newspaper of Costa Rica: La Nacion. If you google "steven spencer wellard la nacion" you will find the news in spanish.

The trailer in the crime scene photo matched the interior that was shown in his videos, Martin 3 has a good view of the interior of the trailer. The bed in the trailer also matches the trailer in the crime scene photo because it had a very low ceiling.

I've seen several posts with some version of "He got what he deserved". I agree that it is justifiable to say that his videos were based on some questionable morals. But am I the only one who thinks that they don't warrant a violent death?
Don't get me wrong, if the videos are involved, I see cause and effect very clearly, but... he got what he deserved? I think I disagree.

I don't know if he got what he deserved, but considering the brutal nature of the murder, he must have done something very bad to generate that rage. But he got what was coming!

In reddit someone that claims to know the guy's family says that the death is confirmed and that his parents are already in Costa Rica. Somebody in reddit also posted that he had superaids. No way to know if it is true or not, probably will never be known. If it is true, I cannot imagine what his sex partners all over the place would be going through. If it is true, so many lives destroyed. Living with aids in Central America must be hell on earth!

Why would he joke about something like that? It is not only possible but also probable. Unless corroborated one way or the other, the question remains.

Because people make edgy jokes all the time. The comment was three months ago when people were wondering where he was and other comments said he was dead, in jail, "got what was coming to him," etc.

There is no evidence that he had "superaids" - it's purely speculation on your part.

When you say it's "possible" - I mean sure, it's possible you have it too. But it is also a huge assumption with no evidence.

Anyone having unprotected sex is taking a risk, sure. But that comment has no value or weight to it. It is not evidence.

Unless it is known one way or the other, because of the high risk nature of the guy's lifestyle, it is valid to assume that anything is probable.

I agree with the sentiment but I think you are mixing up probable with possible. Anything is possible, but everything is not probable.

Probable requires some evidence besides just possibility.
