I’m sorry, he’s on this recent tirade of “men just need to lose weight to be attractive” but who is gonna tell him that losing weight made him far less attractive 
He was sooo much more attractive before the weight loss. He looks gaunt now. And not to diagnose anyone but it truly seems like a bit of body dysmorphia. Body dysmorphia is rampant in the bodybuilding world. I agree. It’s one thing to make the choice for your body to do better but it’s like he’s scared & shaming himself for drinking & being “chubby” when he was genuinely fine as he was. Also, his attitude is way more pretentious & that’s just not attractive.
I hope that the body change didn’t make him lose empathy and be so full of himself. Besides that, I am happy for him if this is what he wants
