So I recently got into cruising and had hookups where I gave head to complete strangers.

As much as I use protection for anal, I never did it so for oral sex and I wonder how possible it is to get syphilis by sucking dick.

Yes you can get it from oral. It only advances to more dangerous if not detected early. That's why if you are sleeping around with lots of randoms you should test frequently. I used to do every 3 months, but lately about every 6.
