Hi everyone! This thread started as a troubleshooting-thread but I has developed to a normal journal. The journal-part starts at post #10 but I'd say you read the first posts too as they may provide you with some extra help regarding questions you might have :)
See ya!

I startet 6 weeks ago with the following routine:

The warm-up was usually taking a good warm/hot shower (15-20min)
cool-down was mainly some massaging by myself ^^

Week 1 with 3 days of routine
80 dry jelqs then OM

Week 2 with 3 days
90 dry jelqs then Om

Week 3 and 4 with 4 days
Week 3-> 100 dry jelqs and OM
Week 4-> 110 dry jelqs and OM

Week 5 with 5 days
120 dry jelqs and OM

Week 6 had only 3 days because I had to do some other stuff *g*
2 days with 2 exercises á 130 dry jelqs and Om
third day only 1 exercise (I oversleept...) with the same amount

Sooo...this was my Routine for the last 6 weeks - I'm currently at the layoff-week

I startet at about 18,5cm length and 15 cm girth (7.3 x 5.9 inches)
I didn't measured every 2 weeks but instead after the whole cycle

And...well....no difference at all :(

I dont blame PE at all - I'm convinced it works...But I really don't know what went wrong in my case...
Or am I just too hasty in wanting to see something after 6 weeks?
Maybe the routine isn't the best or I did it wrong...I don't know.

Can somebody please share their thoughts about this matter?

Regards
Tassadar

p.s.: nevertheless...I will start over next week with a new cycle - gotta keep tryin'!

The gains in the first few weeks are mostly just a better erection quality. So maybe your dick was rock hard before PE? No need to worry anyway. PE needs time and dedication.

Hi everyone, hi BigAl

So...I read the forums, your blog and (ofc) the Beginners Routine and was like "hey, lets give it a try! there's nothing to loose!"

What did you do for stamina work?

Did you increase intensity as well as repetitions?

You shouldn't have gone over 100 reps in the jelq. If you can hit 100 reps, you stay there but focus on making the reps more intense each subsequent workout.

Stamina workouts are vital to the success of your routine.

Please keep us posted.

Why would you not want to go over 100 reps?

Why would you not want to go over 100 reps?

As a beginner you usually won't need to go above 100 high quality, intense reps. You're also going to make up for that with workout frequency towards the end of your beginner phase- it's kind of like a "PE bootcamp". After your week off you'll very likely notice a burst of gains from all of the well-deserved rest you've gotten.

A few things to add/ask:

1. Would 60reps be okay with a weekly increase of 5 reps at the jelq?
2. PE does not badly interact with a normal workout in the gym, right?
3. At least there are quite some gains in flaccid lenght *g*

You should start with a rep scheme that challenging but comfortable. If, for you, that's 60 reps, then adding 1 rep per day (or 5 per week) would be a good way of forcing progress.

2. PE does not badly interact with a normal workout in the gym, right?

It shouldn't.

3. At least there are quite some gains in flaccid lenght *g*

The first kind of gains usually seen are improvements in erection quality; then come "flaccid" gains; and then erect gains.

So....a new cycle!

Week 1 is over and because I don't want to open a new thread I will use this thread as my journal

Workouts on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday (the weekend was quite messed up so I didn't had the time on Saturday  )

Routine these three days:
Nice long hot/warm shower
60-70 slow jelqs (more on this later...)
OM-routine like in the outline posted in the beginners thread
After that cooldown w/ some massaging

I startet to implement kegels and super-kegels throughout the day/week...I'm starting slowly 'cause I cant seem to get the hang on it

No measurements this week (of course)

Regarding jelqs:
Looking back I didn't really do that good jelqs in my last cycle - I improved the way how to do them. Counting 20,21....21,22...22,23 and so on in my head gave me a good way to really let the jelq be something around 2 seconds while also not losing track of my current number of repetition.
Had to take some breaks in between so I don't get >too< hard for the jelqs to work...but that shoudn't be major problem, should it?

Onto the questions!

Kegels - do you have to be fully erected to get 100% out of the kegels or doesn't it matter if you're only semi? I'm just curious :biggrin1:
Again Kegels - is it better to do...lets say 20 in the morning, 20 in the afternoon and 20 in the evening or to do them altogether at once?
OM - anything where you can improve the intensity or something? I can't help but to think that OM is kinda lame compared to jelqs.
I do them anyway, just asking if I could vary something there?

See you later - the next journal-update will be on the next monday

Tassadar

p.s.:
why can't I change the topic and my first post so everyone knows this is a journal? :frown1:

No, that's fine :) Even experienced trainees need a little adjusting.

You can do your kegels flaccid but you'll get the best results by doing them erect because that's when your blood flow is at its maximum.

Again Kegels - is it better to do...lets say 20 in the morning, 20 in the afternoon and 20 in the evening or to do them altogether at once?

You'll get the best results from doing them all at once.

OM - anything where you can improve the intensity or something? I can't help but to think that OM is kinda lame compared to jelqs.

It's a beginner exercise so it's not that intense on purpose. Unless you're getting no gains from the OM (and in your case it'd be to soon to tell), I'd suggest sticking with it for now.

why can't I change the topic and my first post so everyone knows this is a journal? :frown1:

Contact the mods/admins to see if they'll do that for you.

Sooo...the second week has ended

Same procedure as in week one but nevertheless I'll write it down:

Workouts on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday (yet again I didn't managed to do it on Saturday...damnit -.- )

Warm-up -> Long hot/warm shower
70 dry jelqs (done like in post #10)
after that the OM and in the end some massaging

I decided to measure next week...sorry that you have to wait *gg*

Regarding the Kegels...hm
I really need something that pushes me to do them regulary
So far I did them every second day when I was in the mood to (or after the PE exercises)

I mean - I do believe BigAl that they are vital. But how vital? I just can't seem to convince myself that I really >need< them :/
Someone can help me with this? (I dont know how xD)

And a quick question regarding the OM (yet again...hm)
What does this "cranking" move do? How does this affect the penis?

Hmm...yeah...that's it for the moment
See you later :)

I'd venture to say that stamina exercises are the most important part of your routine. They are vital at maximizing blood flow, ensuring a strong penile vascular region, and doing them speeds healing. Also, as your penis gets bigger you're going to need to have an increase in blood flow just to maintain the same degree of erectile quality.

And a quick question regarding the OM (yet again...hm)
What does this "cranking" move do? How does this affect the penis?

The cranking motion ensures that you stretch all of the penis' major and ancillary ligaments as well as the penis itself.
