if they’d show a little more skin then maybe their pocket more from the gays to afford contractors to do the renovations

That's literally what a home inspection is for.
Either they didn't want to pay for one or were trying to cut corners so they can upgrade their microwave but either way, they're now paying the price.
If they have a roof that is leaking (and has been looking) they're going to need to see if they have a mold and structural issue throughout the home. And since they just discovered another structural issue, they're looking really stupid. Lets remember that he is a licensed agent.
Maybe they will get an Onlyfans to help with these unforeseen expenses. About time we saw some skin and sex.
Didn’t they do a proper inspection on the house before they bought it? He’s a “realtor” for god sakes, I would have thought he would at least have had an inspector inspect the home. Also, it’s terrible that he is having so many issues, but I don’t feel bad if they didn’t check or have this inspected before moving. Sad. But cry me a river. He clearly has money to burn.
yes, I totally agree with this! And if they cut corners, then why? They have clearly shown $ isn’t an issue. Something tells me it was “content” for the IG so he could show his audience that they were “DIY” types. With all these repairs he will either have to get more modeling gigs (he reposts old photos often) or sell some homes! The market is booming for sellers, and Bellport is $$$$ town. He should be fine.
Id love to know where they get the coins for all this. A $3700+ apartment, and bought a house (I know they moved out of the apartment) that doesn’t come cheap. Something he makes a ton from ads he post.
I don't think they would forgo an inspection just for DIY content videos. It is a seller's market right now and I have friends who recently bought homes and waived an inspection because they were in a bidding war. My guess is that is what happened to Taylor and Jeff
The glamorous lives of influencers aren’t what they appear to be. I feel bad for them but I can’t help feel amused.
I have zero experience when it comes to renovations or real estate but with all of the work they put into that house I would think they would at least want to get the roof checked.
If he really is a real estate agent, he should be able to get the keys for the showing, and they could have hired an electrician and contractor to go in with them to check everything before buying.
but anyway, they just hungry for money lol
if they ever break up (not that I think they will anytime soon) they will definitely do one of those cringe break up videos where they sit together and cry at the camera lol
